Outdoor activities provide a fresh and dynamic learning environment, boosting energy and engagement for all mentees.

Younger students (grades 8–11) developed confidence by learning basic presentation skills, which improved their public speaking and teamwork abilities.

Older students (grade 12 and above) explored the recruitment process, learned how to craft an effective CV, and practiced their interview skills—guided by real-life stories shared by mentors.
