Yinh Hinh
Director and Chair of the Board
Yinh is a Managing Director at Eagle Capital Management. She is also the creator and host of the podcast, Growth from Failure. She lives in California with her husband and two sons.
Lynn Nguyen
Crypto Enthusiast and Operations Manager
Lynn is currently working in fintech. She is a crypto enthusiast and has spent many years in the financial services sector as an operations manager.
Tram Nguyen
Director
Ms. Nguyen is a founder and technology leader with two decades of experience in consumer and b2b products – including senior roles at Pinterest, Google, and Microsoft. Tram’s expertise ranges from early stage product development and go-to-market, to later stage product and market expansion.
Chau Hoang
Chief Executive Officer, Founder, and Director
Ms. Hoang is currently a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group, LLC specializing in valuation analysis for transaction advisory, corporate planning and strategy, financial reporting, and compliance purposes.
Susie Fuller
Director and Secretary of the Board
Susie works in Investor Relations at Empyrean Capital Partners in New York City. She also founded Fuller Resources, an administrative consulting firm, and co-created The Six Week, an online-based health and wellness program.
Minh-Han Cheng
Director
Ms. Cheng is an experienced legal professional in the healthcare industry providing strategic advice to business stakeholders on risk assessment and mitigation. Her practice is focused on corporate transactions including M&A, collaborations and complex licensing arrangements.

Kimberly Phan is an award-winning marketer who is currently the Sneior Director of Analytics at Whalar in New York Cit where she lead in developing analytical and data driven approaches across Entertainment, Tech, CPG, eComm, Beauty, and more.

Van Anh Bui
Operation Associate
Ms. Van Anh Bui worked in the audit/finance/operations/and business development for over 23 years prior to joining OrFA. Her passion is to help marginalized and vulnerable people. She also loves to travel, garden, and meeting new people.
Hiep Pham

Mr. Pham has been doing volunteer work for the past 10 years and views the experiences as life-changing for himself and others. He has Masters in Social work as he is committed to continuing with volunteering work and giving back to society as much as he can.

Amy has a Bachelor of Science from Mae Fah Luang University in 2017, She is passionate about studying and learning management for children in active learning.

Ms. Nguyen has worked in various roles for Vietnamese schools, universities, consulates, and community services to support civic engagement, sustainable living, and entrepreneurship. At OrFA, she seeks to enhance children’s experience through support services, peer connections, and skills development.

Ms. Hoang is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Embeba, a CLEAN skincare solution brand for skin sensitive families.

Mr. Nguyen is currently the Senior Front-End Developer at Prudential Financial.
Van Anh Nguyen
Regional Operations Manager
Ms. Nguyen holds two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Restaurant and Events management and the other in Psychology. She has years of volunteer experience; organizing charitable events. She is dedicated to positive social development in her local community.
