GETTING TO KNOW

Fostering a strong mentor-mentee relationship is crucial for the growth and development of everyone involved. During our recent event, we organized a variety of activities designed to enhance interaction and trust between mentors and mentees.

Through the check-in process, mentee surveys, the Painter Test game, and a warm-up program, we established a positive and safe environment for everyone. Pairing participants and facilitating conversations during “Find a Friend” Bingo encouraged socialization and connection.

Additionally, the Holland Career Interest Test, taken alongside mentors, provided valuable insights into the mentees’ strengths, weaknesses, and career interests, guiding future mentorship sessions effectively.

The event concluded on a high note with a heartfelt song from a mentee and a moving performance by a seasoned mentor. This finale left participants feeling inspired, strengthening the bonds formed throughout the event.
